Peach Cherry Crisp

1 (21oz.) can Wilderness More Fruit Cherry Fruit filling

1 (21oz.) can Wilderness Peach Fruit Filling

½ cup brown sugar

¾ cup flour

½ tsp. salt

¾ cup quick cooking oats

½ tsp. cinnamon

1/3 cup cold butter or margarine cut into pieces

¾ cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8 X 11 cake pan or 9-inch pie plate. Combine cherry and peach filling in dish. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, salt, oats, and cinnamon. With pastry blender or fingers, cut in butter until crumbly mixture is formed. Stir in walnuts. Cover pie filling with crumbly mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until pie filling is bubbly and topping is crispy.

Black Forest Cake
1 chocolate cake mix
1 can Wilderness Cherry Pie Filling
1 carton whipping cream
Prepare chocolate cake according to directions on package. Spray cake pan with non-stick spray. Pour ½ of cake into cake pan. Pour Wilderness Cherry Pie Filling on top of cake mixture. Pour remaining cake mixture on top of pie filling. Bake according to directions on cake mix box. Service with whipped topping.
Carmel Apple Crisp
3 cups old-fashioned oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 cup cold butter
8 cups thinly slice peeled tart apples
1 pkg. (14 ounces) caramels, halved
1 cup apple cider, divided
In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press half of the mixture into a greased 13 in. X 9 in X 2 in. baking dish. Layer with half of the apples and carmels and 1 cup oat mixture; repeat layers. Pour ½ cup cider over top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Drizzle with remaining cider and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until apples are tender
Oreo Dessert
1/2 lb. Oreo cookies
1/2 lb. dried apricots
1-1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 egg yolk
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Cover apricots with water, soak. Cook apricots, sugar and water until apricots are soft. Drain, mash and cool.
Roll out Oreo's to crumbs. Take 1/2 of the Oreo crumbs and line the bottom of the buttered pan (8 X 12)
Mix powdered sugar, butter, egg yolk and cream cheese with a mixer. Spread over Oreo layer. Top with apricot mixture, then top with whipping cream, nuts and remaining Oreo crumbs. Chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
Hello Dolly
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ stick butter/margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup pecan (chopped coarsely)
1 cup angel flake coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Melt butter/margarine, stir in graham crackers. Press into bottom of pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips, then nuts, and then coconut. Pour milk over the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Orange Slice Cookies
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup shortening
2 large or 3 small eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 cup orange slices cut in small pieces mixed with flour to separate them
Mix brown and white sugar and shortening together. Add eggs and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop batter from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees.
Carrot Cake
1 cup liquid shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup nuts
3 cups grated raw carrots
Beat shortening, sugar, eggs; add flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nuts. Mix well and add carrots. Bake in greased and floured 9 X 13" pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes
Cream 1 stick of butter or margarine and 8 ounces of cream cheese. Add one box of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and spread on cooled cake
Monkey Bread
Spray inside bottom of bundt pan with Pam. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped nuts in bottom of pan. Place small package of frozen Texas rolls dough in pan. Cover rolls with butterscotch pudding (Use regular not instant pudding). Combine 1/2 cup melted margarine with 2/3 cup brown sugar and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon. Pour over rolls. Leave uncovered overnight to rise. In the morning bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Pineapple Cookies
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 #2 can pineapple drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3-1/2 cups flour
Mix all ingredients together. Drop on cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes
Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. cloves
1 cup raisins
Cream margarine. Mix in sugar, eggs, flour, milk soda, cinnamon, and cloves. Gradually mix in oatmeal then raisins. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup Crisco
½ cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar tightly packed
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix Crisco, sugars, and eggs together. Add remaining ingredients except for chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees.
Coffee Cake
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs (beaten)
1-1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
Cream the butter and sugar together. Add eggs, then flour, baking powder and salt. Beat well; pour 1/2 of batter into a well-greased pan
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 cup nuts
Melt butter, add rest of ingredients. Divide in half. Put half on top of batter. Add rest of batter then remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees
Banana Nut Loaf
¼ cup shortening
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup bananas (mashed)
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sour cream
2 cups flour
Cream shortening, add sugar. Beat egg well and blend into cream mixture. Stir in mashed bananas. Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt to cream mixture. Add sour cream. Stir in nuts. Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Monster Cookies
1 stick butter
½ lb. Brown sugar (little over 1 cup packed)
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
¾ lb. chunky peanut butter
1/8 cup vanilla (2Tbs.)
Cream above ingredients together and then add the following:
2 tsp. Soda
4-1/2 cups oatmeal
¼ lb. Chocolate chips
¼ lb. M & M’s
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes

Star Cookies

1 egg

1 cup white sugar

1 cup peanut butter

Star chocolates

Mix egg, sugar and peanut butter together. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Press star chocolate into each ball. Bake 5 minutes at 350°.

Cherry Oatmeal Crisp

2 (21 ounce) cans Wildness Cherry Pie Filling

½ cup balsamic vinegar

1 cup margarine or butter

1 ½ cups packed light brown sugar

1 tsp. baking soda

2 eggs

2 ½ cups flour

3 cups quick cook oats

1 cup chopped pistachio nuts

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cherry pie filling and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. In a mixer bowl beat butter on high for 30 seconds. Mix in brown sugar and baking soda. Beat in eggs. Add the flour and oats. Press 2/3 of oat mixture into bottom of an ungreased 13" X 9" pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Spoon cherry filling mixture over crust and crumble remaining batter over filling mixture. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top. Bake 22-25 minutes or until top is gold brown. Cool 45 minutes before serving. Service with whipped cream or your favorite ice cream.
